We're proud to welcome Catalist Realty to our Sarasota office. A Sarasota-based brokerage built on giving back, Catalist will operate as The Catalist Group within Keyes.

Our Sarasota office, which has nearly 70 associates, will relocate to Catalist's historic cottage office at 1630 Morrill St., where the combined team will be based.

Founded in 2018 by Broker/Owner David Crawford, Catalist Realty donates a portion of its compensation to a nonprofit chosen by the buyer or seller. Through its customers' selections, the firm has generated more than $350,000 in contributions to over 65 local 501(c)(3) organizations. The model roots Catalist deeply in the community and gives customers a direct way to engage with local causes.

Catalist is strongest in residential markets from central Sarasota to Manatee County and regularly handles transactions in the Tampa/St. Petersburg market, meeting customers where they are. Its team will...

As South Florida's luxury market continues to evolve, what stands out most is not volatility, but direction. We are clearly moving into a more balanced and intentional phase, one where long-term fundamentals are reasserting themselves and informed guidance carries greater weight.

For homeowners, this environment rewards foresight. Pricing strength remains in place across our markets, but buyers are more deliberate and increasingly value alignment between price, quality, and location. Sellers who approach the market with a clear strategy and a willingness to meet today's buyer expectations are best positioned to protect value and achieve favorable outcomes.

Buyers are entering this next phase with confidence. With more choice and less urgency, buyers can focus on properties that deliver lifestyle, quality, and long-term appeal. This creates meaningful opportunities, particu...

The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties, luxury specialists and market leaders in Florida, expanded their partnership with Forbes Global Properties to include Lee and Monroe counties. As the exclusive worldwide real estate partner of Forbes, the invitation-only network offers a consumer marketplace of luxury homes to its engaged audience of 168 million individuals.

Lee and Monroe join Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin as prime luxury markets where Keyes and Illustrated hold exclusive affiliations with Forbes Global Properties.

"The Forbes name resonates with the luxury buyer and seller in Lee County just as much as it does in Miami or Palm Beach," said Shane Spring, Keyes RealtorĀ® and 2026 Royal Palm Coast RealtorĀ® Association President. "Interest comes from all over the world, and this partnership provides the visibility properties like this merit."

"This expansion gives our luxury listings in the Florida Keys and Southwest...

South Florida's luxury market demonstrated a continued return to pre-pandemic equilibrium during the third quarter of 2025, according to The Keyes Company and Illustrated Properties' latest Luxury Market Report. The region's high-end single-family sector enjoyed notable year-over-year gains in $1 million-and-up single-family transactions.

Across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, the Treasure Coast, and Southwest Florida, luxury single-family sales jumped 6.2% year-over-year to 3,589 in the third quarter of 2025. Palm Beach County, Southwest Florida and the Treasure Coast drove the region's overall uptick. However, the high-end condominium sector saw a 6.3% year-over-year decline in transactions to 980.

Luxury pricing continued Q2's positive year-over-year trends thanks to consistent buyer demand. The region's average single-family sales price managed a fractional year-over-year increase to $2.35 million, so the overall transaction gain was no...

The Keyes Company, Florida's largest independent real estate brokerage, expands into the Florida Keys as the firm approaches its centennial year of operation. As a natural extension of its growing geographic footprint, Keyes opened a temporary office in Tavernier with plans to ultimately establish a permanent presence in the Keys region.

Tony Garcia, the longtime leader of Keyes' Homestead office serving buyers and sellers across South Miami-Dade County, will oversee the new Keys office as its District Sales Manager. Tony and his wife, Nancy, have a decorated history of community service and philanthropy in the Homestead area and are eager to extend their community engagement to the Florida Keys.

On Garcia's watch, the Homestead office produced nearly $300 million in annual volume and is consistently Keyes' top-producing office in Miami-Dade County.

"We are bringing the unmatched resources, real estate services and community impact of Keyes to the Florida Key...
